Vaginal Sarcomas Sarcomas of the botryoid type are treated with chemotherapy, including vincristine, actinomycin-D , cyclophosphamide and dacarbazine (DTIC) or mesna + ifosfamide + doxorubicin + DTIC followed by surgery or radiation therapy .
